Permanent Early Years Practitioner Level 2/3 – Full Time, Job Share, or Apprenticeship.

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our outstanding team permanently. Choose the working pattern that suits you best:

• Full Time: 32.5–35 hours/week (Competitive Hourly Rates apply)

OR

• Job Share: 18–19.5 hours/week (either 3 full days each, including Fridays, or 5 half days each)

OR

• Apprenticeship: 35 hours/week (Apprenticeship rates apply)

Our opening hours are 8:00am to 3:30pm, and the minimum core hours for all roles must cover 9:00am to 3:30pm, ensuring consistency for the children’s routine. We’re happy to offer flexibility outside these core times to accommodate the right candidate.

About You:

• Qualified at Level 2 or above in Early Years, or keen to start an apprenticeship

• Experienced working with early years children and knowledgeable about EYFS

• Holds a current DBS certificate (on the update service) with a clean record

• Warm, flexible, and a fantastic team player with a playful, patient approach

• Ready to dive into fun, creativity, and those priceless everyday moments that make this role truly special

Join Our Team as a Lunchtime Supervisor!

Woodborough Village Preschool is looking for a caring and responsible individual to join us as a Lunchtime Supervisor. This important role helps create a safe, friendly, and supportive lunchtime environment for our children.

Role Details:

• Days: Weekdays, term time only

• Hours: 11:30 am to 1:00 pm

• Location: Woodborough Village Preschool

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate at or above minimum wage

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide staff cover during lunch breaks to support smooth daily operations

• Collect lunches from the neighbouring school promptly

• Serve lunches and supervise children while they eat, ensuring a positive and safe atmosphere

Flexibility:

This role can be shared between multiple people if full-week commitment is not possible.
